announced a paid DLC, it’s called Zone Zero and here

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: A paid DLC announced, it's called Zone Zero and here's the trailer

The Pokémon Company and Nintendo had set up an appointment tonight for a Pokémon Presents to give us details of the novelties coming to the Pokémon brand in 2023. Of course, what will have caught the attention of the general assembly is the announcement of a first DLC – paid – for the games Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, two major commercial successes of 2022 with more than 20 million copies sold within 6 weeks of release. This extension that responds to the name “Zero Zone” will arrive in two parts, or volume to use the exact term. The first, called “Volume 1: The Turquoise Mask,” will be released this fall, while the second, “Volume 2: The Indigo Disc,” will arrive next season, with no further details. The trailer that accompanies the news gives us a glimpse of the atmosphere that awaits us, borrowed from Japanese folklore.

Each of these DLCs is compatible with the players’ current save, allowing them to continue the adventure with this buried treasure of this famous Zero Zone. This will be an opportunity to go beyond the Paldea region, with in particular a school trip that will be organized in Septentria to participate in a study carried out in collaboration with another academy. In Volume 2: The Indigo Disc, players join the Myrtille Institute, a school associated with theirs, as part of a school exchange. The Pokémon Company clarified that the plots of these two separate parts are directly connected. Note that it is now possible to purchase the “Zero Zone” DLC from Nintendo eShop for €34.99.
