Capcom took advantage of its live stream to announce the name of the eighth and final commentator who will be present at the game’s June launch. This is the Japanese actress Hikaru Takahashi, unknown in France, and really active in the business since 2016. Yes, she’s starting, and yes, she hasn’t got the popularity Capcom wants to lend her yet. This will not prevent him from giving his person to show us his involvement in the game. It is certainly not striking that the technical commentators, but his soft voice and his intonations find their audience. She therefore joins the mood commentators already represented by Hikaru Takahashi, Thea Trinidad (Zelina Vega in WWE), HE Demon Kakka and James “jchensor” Chen. We also learned during this Capcom Spotlight the introduction of Rally Support, which allows commentators to encourage competitors according to certain adjustable parameters and will increase the excitement as the race approaches.
Street Fighter 6 is expected to release on June 2 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series, and PS4.
